Technology is valuable when it removes a meaningful constraint, improves capability, or creates an advantage for the warfighter. We remain technology-agnostic so that the mission - rather than attachment to a particular solution - determines where we focus.

We seek direct customer insight, user feedback, technical validation, and credible demand before committing significant capital to scale. Promising technology must demonstrate that it solves a problem people actually need solved.

Leadership
Chief Executive Officer
Valencia leads Solid's strategy and the evaluation of defense opportunities across the company and its portfolio. A former U.S. Army Captain and Intel Corporation engineering leader, she brings deep experience in advanced manufacturing, supply chains, defense energy systems, and operational logistics.
